ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 5–7 business days.
Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or carrier transit time. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We currently ship throughout the United States.
Worldwide shipping will also be available.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- Your delivery location
- Your selected shipping method
The final shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ORDERS
If your order arrives incorrect or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
